Welcome to Neuro-Fit
Hi, I’m Sandy Nieves-Risser—certified personal trainer, health coach, and former fitness studio owner. I’m also a mom to an adult with special needs, so I understand firsthand the unique challenges families face when it comes to movement, nutrition, and healthy routines.
I help neuro-diverse kids, teens, and adults build strength, confidence, and healthy habits—in ways that are structured, sensory-aware, and sustainable.

What's Offered:
• Personal Training
Movement should feel empowering, supportive, and adaptable to each individual’s needs. These one-on-one personal training sessions are designed to help neurodiverse individuals build strength, coordination, confidence, and healthy routines in a comfortable and encouraging environment. Sessions are customized based on ability level, sensory needs, goals, and interests, while creating a positive experience that promotes both physical and emotional well-being. Whether the focus is improving overall fitness, building independence, increasing mobility, or simply making movement enjoyable, the goal is to help each client feel successful and capable.

• Kitchen Skills Training
Kitchen skills training helps neurodiverse individuals build confidence and independence through hands-on learning in the kitchen. Sessions focus on practical everyday skills such as meal prep, simple cooking techniques, kitchen safety, grocery organization, healthy food choices, reading labels, and creating easy routines around food preparation. Training is personalized to each client’s abilities and comfort level, with the goal of making cooking feel less overwhelming and more empowering. These sessions help create lifelong skills that support greater independence, confidence, and healthier daily habits.
